Eligibility
- Return/Replacement requests should be raised within 48 hours of delivery (recommended).
- Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags/packaging intact.
- Unboxing video/photos are helpful for faster support in damaged/wrong item cases.
Non-Returnable Cases
- Used, damaged due to mishandling, perfume/water exposure.
- Minor color variation due to screen/lighting.
- Free gifts (if any).
Damaged / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately with clear photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refunds
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Timelines depend on the bank/payment method.
